Oaklands is perhaps the most established home in Chester, running for a number of years before the family-run Conifers Care Homes Ltd (formerly Conifers Care Group) took ownership towards the end of the eighties.
We are a happy home, founded on strong relationships and good team work. The "Conifers family" of Directors makes regular visits, and one of the Directors also spends a large part of her week working alongside management at the Oaklands.
Our philosophy is grounded in the satisfaction, comfort and happiness of our clients, based on sensitive and attentive care, promoting dignity and privacy, and respecting individuality and personal choices.
